I picked up Steve Hagen's latest book Meditation Now or Never last night at the local B&N. I am hoping it will help me to get back to a regular sitting practice. I have fallen off the wagon for a while now, but I'm ready to begin sitting regularly again.

Hi Shawn.
I find Hagen to be very clear and I look forward to reading this book. I see that one can browse inside it a bit at the Harper Collins website:

Cheers!

"It don't come easy," mate. I find it useful to stick to a schedule. Same time every day, I sit. Eventually it's the same as a morning cup of coffee... you can't do without it, which is to say you then have a habit on your hands.
Thanks for keeping up this blog, by the way. Yours is a genuine pleasure to read.

That's what I do whenever I feel like I should meditate more. I go buy books about meditating. Takes care of the craving, no problem! :)
